Why buy when you can rent? Party rental companies are in business to make your life easier when throwing a party. They can provide everything you need whether your shindig is in your backyard or at a venue that only provides space. Need lime green napkins and hot pink chair covers? Formal china for 250? Heated tents? Round tables that seat 10? Dance floor to accommodate 150 swinging, swaying guests? You can rent it all. How do you choose the right company? A few things to consider:
Where is the rental company located in relation to your event? What kind of deliver and set up charge is there? How much is the deposit and and when is the balance due? How long after the event do they pick up? Is there a separate pick up fee? What if breakage occurs? Who is libel?
As with any vendor, make sure it's the right personality fit. Don't always choose based on price and feel confident that the company you select is reliable and will add value to your event from start to finish. If chair covers and sashes are provided who sets them up? Is this part of the service? Does the company have a variety of styles, colors from which to choose? Are they reputable? Professional? Easy to communicate with?
