What is the Body Challenge?: This Body Challenge is an 8 week program
that has three parts - exercise, nutrition, and accountability. For the exercise
portion you will be coming to our classes at the gym at least 3 times a week
doing Body Sculpt, Kickboxing, Plyo-Pump and Zumba. Body Sculpt is a resistance training class in which you use light weights
in high repetitions. This will make you lose fat and sculpt your body to get
lean, cut muscles. Plyo-pump is a combination of plyometrics and strength training exercises - this is a great class in a
circuit format and a huge calorie burner!
The second part of the program
is the nutrition. We will put you on a special diet plan that will teach you what to eat and
how much to eat. We will teach you how to put together meals using the foods you
like. We also give you a handbook full of quick and easy recipes and we will be here to answer any
questions that might come up. We try to make this nutrition plan as simple as
possible - giving you some meals that take less than a minute to
make.
The third part of our program is accountability. We keep you
accountable by weighing and measuring you every week. We also do body fat
analysis and take before and after pictures to track your progress throughout
the four weeks. You will be put on a team of 4 people who will be a great source
of support. If that isn't enough motivation we also give away cash prizes,
memberships, apparel, food, a mini-makeover, and more for prizes.
Time
commitment: The great thing about the Body Challenge is that you are able to
make it work with your schedule. You come to the classes that fit with your
lifestyle. We suggest a minimum of 3 classes per week, but the more classes you
are able to make it to, the better results you will see and the faster you will
see them though! The only time we ask you to be there is on Sunday September 26th for our big kick-off, but even
if you can't make that we always have a make-up session. You will also have a
designated weigh in day, but if for some reason you can't make it on that
particular day we just ask that you come in another time that week.
How
much does it cost? The Body Challenge is $50 with a monthly membership or
$170. Monthly memberships are $60 a month. They are a month-to-month agreement
and there are no sign-up fees or cancel fees. We simply ask for a two month
minimum and a written 30-day notice of cancellation.
